Jennifer Zerczy
Vice President, Legal Affairs

Ms. Jennifer Zerczy is Vice President, Legal Affairs, McKesson Canada. Ms. Zerczy is responsible for directing the corporation's legal activities in all business segments including litigation, regulatory, corporate and commercial matters as well as overseeing corporate compliance and policies.

Prior to joining McKesson Canada in 2008, Ms. Zerczy was Director, Legal Affairs of Mega Brands Inc., and also served as Senior Legal Counsel both at Neurochem Inc. and at Bombardier Recreational Products. She began practicing law as a litigator with a Montreal law firm specialized in litigation.

Ms. Zerczy holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and Common Law from McGill University and was admitted to the Québec Bar Association in 1993.
