ICARE Shared Principles
Our five Shared Principles constitute an organizational promise to our partners

EthicsPoint Program and Open Door Process
McKesson Canada promotes open communication at all levels of the Company with our
open door process. Our employees have the opportunity to raise concerns and have
them directly addressed by their managers.
We also provide a third party EthicsPoint Program which provides employees with
a confidential and anonymous way to voice their concerns or report any perceived

At McKesson Canada, we hold an Employee Opinion Survey every year. Our survey provides
a valuable opportunity for employees to share their feedback and helps us to better
understand what is important in creating and sustaining a great work environment.
