Pharmasave Drugs (Pacific) Ltd. has renewed its primary supply agreement with McKesson Canada for an additional five years. Under the extended agreement, which takes effect October 14, McKesson Canada will supply the 91 Pharmasave Drug stores in British Columbia with pharmaceuticals, OTC and consumer products.

Brent Teulon, VP, Western Canada, stated, "Pharmasave is one of McKesson Canada's largest customers and their strong support over the years has been very much appreciated. We are excited about our future with this progressive group of stores and look forward to contributing to their continued growth in the Canadian market. Over the next year, we will be working closely with Pharmasave to enhance our electronic connectivity with their stores via the new McKesson Canada e-ordering system, which is currently in development."

Teulon also noted that the McKesson Canada team in British Columbia has done an outstanding job serving Pharmasave Pacific and responding to its needs. Efforts from Don Nicholson, National Accounts Manager; Linda Hambleton, Key Accounts Supervisor; Bryan Cuming, Distribution Center Manager; Ron Kingdon, Distribution Manager; and Sales Representatives Michael Vandenburg and Mike Smith, were instrumental to the renewal of this important business.

McKesson Canada is also the primary supplier to Pharmasave Drugs (Central ) Ltd. and Pharmasave Drugs (Atlantic) Ltd.
