Toronto, Canada – December 4, 2017 – McKesson Canada today announced the acquisition of Well.ca, bringing an offering of online commerce capabilities and a digital experience to McKesson Canada’s retail assets, including Rexall Drug Store®, and expanding its customer base.
With this acquisition, McKesson Canada’s retail operations and Well.ca will be better positioned to service customers through a strengthened portfolio of technology, distribution and innovation.
